Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDM to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the cybersecurity market. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and solutions, as well as exceptional sales and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the cybersecurity space.
• Promote and sell a range of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, managed security services, compliance solutions).
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, etc.).
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Experience:
4–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity or IT solutions.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, products, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
